We are so excited to delve into our next selection of the A is For Abortion Book Club, the acclaimed Liberating Abortion: Claiming Our History, Sharing Our Stories, and Building the Reproductive Future We Deserve by award-winning activist Renee Bracey Sherman and journalist Regina Mahone.

In Liberating Abortion, Bracey Sherman and Mahone illustrate the long racist history that brought us to this moment. They uncover the hidden figures who set the foundation that activists and storytellers are building on today, and explain what abortion has always meant for people of color.

We will be meeting virtually on Thursday, May 15th at 7:00 PM EDT. Once again, the brilliant Trae Banuelos-Rovaris will be moderating, and we’re delighted to have Regina Mohone joining us for the conversation!
