Dear John,

We are excited and honoured to introduce ourselves as the newly elected Co-Chairs of the West Central London Green Party. We are passionate about building a fairer, greener future and are eager to work alongside you—our dedicated members—to make real, lasting change. And look forward to meeting you, perhaps at our monthly meeting on Tuesday, 1st April (details below).

As we step into this role, we are proud to share that we are developing a Five-Year Plan to strengthen our party, amplify our message, and achieve greater success in local and national elections. For this we would love to have your input as we cannot do this alone—we need your support.

Whether you can help by donating, leafleting, canvassing, standing as a candidate, or offering your time for ad hoc tasks, every contribution matters. Your involvement is the foundation of our movement and will directly shape the future we want to see.

Over the coming weeks, we will be reaching out to our membership to discuss our plans in more detail. We’d love to connect with you for a coffee and a chat—to hear your ideas, understand your priorities, and explore how you’d like to get involved.

We feel that monthly meetings should include discussion and debate so we will introduce speakers to lead on Green Party policies and strategies to stimulate greater member participation.

Together, we can drive positive change and ensure that Green values—environmental justice, social and economic equality, and a sustainable future—are at the heart of our communities.
