President Trump has just signed an Executive Order dismantling the Department of Education. Federal funding cuts and directives point to widespread firings of public servants, government contractors, arts programs, DEI staff, and more. Meanwhile, pressure is ongoing to dismantle life-saving healthcare programs like Medicaid, which covers the healthcare of 72 million people.
