Well folks, just when you think they can’t possibly do something stupider than they did the day before, they manage to top themselves.

Remember Trump and Elon’s crackpot idea about doing away with the Department of Education to make the government “more efficient”?

Yeah, that’s happening. They’re actually going through with this.

And as with any stupid move Trump makes, Elon was quick to tweet out his enthusiasm:

We’re talking about eliminating 50% of the Department of Education. That’s hundreds of thousands of layoffs. That’s tens of millions of children being affected. This is the reaction from Elon. 

Disgusted? Yes. Surprised? No.

Why do we need the Department of Education to have all of the resources it needs? First off, take a look at Trump’s son, Eric. Second, take a closer look at the headstone in Elon’s meme. 

Yes, he misspelled DEPARTMENT.

The last thing we want besides more American jobs cut for no reason is a bunch of little uneducated Elon Musks running around.

Make no mistake, this is fascism. This is dictator behavior. This is un-American.

More people need to know how this affects them. More people need to know why their child’s teachers are about to be out of a job. More people need to know who’s responsible for destroying the economy, destroying thousands of lives, and invoking chaos for the past two months. Because the more people who know, the bigger our movement gets, and the better chance we have at being heard.
