election on April 1.

Supreme Court Race

After spending almost $300 million to elect Donald Trump – buying himself
a virtual joint presidency with Trump – Musk is now spending $20 million
more to put right-wing extremists back in control of the Wisconsin Supreme
Court.

The Guardian calls the move "a statement of intent by Musk to expand his
political power in America by playing an insidious role in key races
across the country."

The Democratic Party of Wisconsin has a proven track record of winning
tough races—even in the most hostile election cycles against well-funded

This election will decide whether or not we maintain a 4-3 majority with
major cases dealing with abortion, union rights, election law, and
congressional redistricting already under consideration or expected to be
argued before it soon.

If we lose and Musk puts this pivotal court in his pocket, he will be able
to use Wisconsin's central role in national elections and House and Senate
majorities to help Trump and the Republican Party rig the rules, suppress
votes, and attack basic freedoms – all while making himself and other
billionaires even richer.

PCCC members like you have long understood the stakes in Wisconsin. In
2023, PCCC members helped elect Justice Janet Protasiewicz to this court,
flipping the majority and ending Wisconsin’s gerrymandered maps. That win
gave voters, not politicians, the power to choose their leaders and
