President Trump just signed an executive order to completely dismantle the Department of Education.
As a teacher, this is personal for me. Everyone knows the road to the American dream starts with a good education.
Every student in the country would be worse off as a result of this reckless, politically-motivated decision, and so will the future of our country.
I’m pissed. And I can tell you from traveling across the country over the past week that a whole lot of Americans are too. We can’t wait around while Trump and Musk tear down the federal government.
