After spending $290 million on the 2024
elections, Elon Musk is getting involved in 2025 races. This time, it’s
the Wisconsin Supreme Court race, where Musk-funded groups have poured
millions of dollars into supporting extreme right-wing politician Brad
Schimel.

Schimel is running against Judge Susan Crawford — a circuit court judge
committed to defending the state’s constitution and standing up for our
freedoms.

With early voting underway, Judge Crawford is facing a disinformation
campaign led by a group — presenting itself as a progressive organization
— funded by Musk.

Look, this election can determine the future of abortion rights, labor
rights, election laws, and redistricting in the state. We’ve got to come
together and support Judge Crawford’s campaign with a surge of grassroots
support to compete against special interest spending.

Why would Elon-funded groups spend millions of dollars in the Wisconsin
Supreme Court race?

Maybe it’s so election maps could be rigged to lock in power for far-right
legislators.

Maybe it's so the state’s court — presiding over a critical swing state
—could be poised to overturn elections if they don’t like the results.

Maybe it’s to grow the number of justices who pledge their fealty to Musk
and Trump.

Come to think of it, Tesla currently has a lawsuit pending in Wisconsin,
challenging the state’s decision to block Tesla from opening dealerships.

Whatever the personal motive could be for these groups spending millions
of dollars in this race, we’ve got less than two weeks to fight back to
make sure he doesn't get his money's worth in his investment.
