Trump and House Republicans say they aren’t touching Medicaid… but the BS Republican budget (that I very vocally fought against), will cut Medicaid by $880 BILLION.
“Co-president” Elon Musk has even said it himself: DOGE is coming for Medicaid.
That’s why yesterday, I held a press conference to fight for every American’s right to affordable, quality healthcare and to demand that lawmakers not only protect Medicaid, but expand it.
I’m not stopping at just protecting and expanding Medicaid, I’m fighting in Congress for Medicare for All. In the richest country in the world, nobody should be dying because they don’t have access to the healthcare they need.
This was already a tough fight, and with a Republican trifecta selling out to billionaires while working families struggle, this fight is even harder.
