The Lincoln Project

Friend,

We’re sure you’ve noticed the uptick in plane crashes.

Plane explosions.

Airport shutdowns.

Near collisions on runways.

It’s becoming a major problem. And what are Trump and Elon doing to help?

Dismantling the only government agency that regulates air travel.

Does that make any sense? Well, not when it comes to the safety of the American people.

BUT, when it comes to the safety of Elon Musk’s wallet, this move makes total sense.

The FAA has fined Elon in the past for his cheap rockets blowing up. As they should. Every time one of those rockets fails (and that’s quite often), people are put at risk.

Elon’s taking down the FAA so his rockets can fail as often as he wants without a fine. All in hopes that he can get billionaires to Mars sooner rather than later. Because with a crashing stock market, skyrocketing grocery prices, and a Measles outbreak, this should definitely be a government official’s top priority. Pathetic.

He’s firing people for this reason. He’s putting the millions of Americans who travel by plane every day at risk for this reason. He’s against safety. He’s against a real government. He’s against America.

Help us spread the word >>
