One year ago a 6 year-old horse named Waco Kid was tragically killed at Petco Park during the San Diego Rodeo.

We warned that there would be more tragedies. But despite strong efforts from Attorney Bryan Pease and SHARK, San Diego approved another year of Rodeo abuse.
Predicably, another horse has been killed. A 16 year-old mare collapsed and died shortly after she was forced to buck.
The rodeo covered up this horses death for weeks, and cannot explain why she died.
