John –

In the past few weeks, as a global pandemic ravaged communities of color, we’ve seen an onslaught of white supremacist and police violence targeting our loved ones and our communities. While this week may have been particularly sobering for many of us, Black people have always experienced this violence in the United States and elsewhere around the world.

We will never achieve reproductive justice without ending anti-Black racism and white supremacy, and to do this we must reimagine a new world - one in which Black communities are supported and trusted, not criminalized and murdered. So that each of us can live, work, and parent free from violence.

All* Above All is led by non-Black women of color so this is a moment for our campaign to amplify Black voices, support Black organizers, and mobilize our communities to advocate alongside them. Across our social media platforms, we will be following the lead of racial justice organizations and our Black-led organizational partners by highlighting their actions.

We are participating in the Movement For Black Lives week of action <[link removed]> this week. Today, they are calling for community relief.

Here are actions you can take:

- If you are able, please donate to your local bail fund <[link removed]>to support protestors getting arrested or a mutual aid fund <[link removed]>.
- Sign the Black Lives Matter petition to #DefundPolice and invest in Black communities. <[link removed]>
- Follow along and share the week of action using #DefendBlackLife.

Thank you,
All* Above All <[link removed]>
