Dear Friend,

As the Young Center commemorates our 20th Anniversary, we are hosting a virtual panel discussion where we will explore the power of storytelling. Since our beginnings at the University of Chicago, we have had the honor and privilege to uplift the voices of the immigrant children and families we serve. Now, during this period of political malice and uncertainty, we must focus on how storytelling can shift harmful narratives, build community, and keep children safe, free, and with family.
