Two Months in and President Trump's Record
Speaks for itself when it comes to Health and Individual Rights!

Since President Trump took office on January 20^th, 2025 significant strides have been made in restoring medical freedom and individual rights. Below is a summary of key executive orders and policy changes that have taken place over the past two months in these realms:

• Executive Order: Restoring Freedom of Speech and Ending Federal Censorship (January 20, 2025)

  The order affirms the policy to “secure the right of the American people to engage in constitutionally protected speech.”
• Executive Order: Withdrawing the United States from the World Health Organization (January 20, 2025)

  The order reaffirms national sovereignty in healthcare decisions.
• Policy Change: USCIS Waives COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement for Adjustment of Status Applicants (January 22, 2025)

  U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services updated its policy to remove the COVID vaccine requirement for immigration applicants, ensuring individuals are not denied entry based on COVID vaccination status.
• Executive Order: Reinstating Military Members Discharged Under the Military's COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate (January 27, 2025)

  The order reinstates service members who were discharged due to non-compliance with COVID vaccine mandates, and the vaccine is no longer a requirement for military personnel.
• Approval of RFK Jr. as HHS Secretary (February 12, 2025)
  Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was approved and appointed Secretary of Health and Human Services. His leadership is expected to bring significant reforms to public health policy, focusing on transparency, medical freedom, and reducing bureaucratic overreach.
• Executive Order: Establishing the President’s Make America Healthy Again Commission (February 13, 2025)

  The order directs all agencies to aggressively combat rising rates of chronic diseases such as mental health disorders, obesity, and diabetes. Federal funding will now be used to research the root causes of declining American health and work alongside farmers to ensure access to healthy and affordable food. A strategy report will be presented within 180 days to address the childhood chronic disease crisis.
• Executive Order: Keeping Education Accessible and Ending COVID-19 Vaccine Mandates in Schools (February 15, 2025)

  The order ceases all federal funding for educational institutions that require COVID vaccinations.
• Meeting Cancellation: Regularly Scheduled ACIP Meeting Canceled (February 20, 2025)

  HS director of communications Andrew Nixon, as well as the ACIP meetings website, confirmed the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), that was slated to meet at the CDC Headquarters from Feb. 26 to 28, was postponed.
• Executive Order: Making America Healthy Again by Empowering Patients with Clear, Accurate, and Actionable Healthcare Pricing Information (February 25, 2025)

  This order calls for the disclosure of actual prices (not estimates), standardization of pricing across hospitals and insurers, and enforcement policies to ensure compliance. These reforms are projected to save consumers, employers, and insurers up to $80 billion by 2025.

These measures signify a monumental shift in federal healthcare policy, reaffirming medical freedom, transparency and freedome of speech.
