Connecticut remains one of the least business-friendly states, with companies leaving for better environments. To emphasize this very point, multinational corporation, [Duracell, just recently decided to move its Connecticut headquarters to Atlanta!]([link removed])
 
Meanwhile, Hartford pushes anti-business policies, like charging businesses $80 to verify contact info. Democrats are also working to extend unemployment benefits to striking workers and eliminate the tipped minimum wage.
 
At the Connecticut GOP, we stand for America’s proud history of entrepreneurship. We believe that Connecticut should be the center of innovation and business. We believe that by allowing businesses to grow easily, we can bring prosperity to all.
