Hi team, it’s Brad Schneider – the Chair of the New Democrat Coalition.

After serving in New Dem leadership for the past four years – first as Action Fund Chair and then Vice Chair for communications – I’m proud to be chosen by our our 110, center left Democrats to lead the coalition in the 119th Congress.

I know the next two years will come with many challenges. New Dems will roll up our sleeves and are prepared to stand up to the extremism of the Republican party where necessary – and work to deliver real results for the American people whenever possible.

The work to win a Democratic House Majority starts today. New Dems are already recruiting and supporting candidates across the country to elect the pragmatic Democrats that can win across the country.

In 2024, New Dems showed how Democrats can connect with voters in blue, purple, and even red districts. While the tide flowed against Democrats nationwide, New Dems flipped 9 seats, elected 25 candidates, and protected 20 Frontline members.

We did that by focusing on the issues that matter to working families – creating jobs, investing in our infrastructure, making healthcare accessible, and standing against extremism.

That’s why we’re confident that by 2026, we will flip the House and elect a Democratic Majority.
