At the onset of the COVID-19 outbreak, Hazelden Betty Ford transitioned more than 1,500 patients into virtual services within one week’s time. Two of the leaders responsible for that historic pivot will share what they learned from the experience, why virtual care for substance use disorders and other mental health issues is here to stay, and how these telehealth services will continue to evolve.
