Team, House Republicans have made it abundantly clear where their priorities lie:

-	Starting trade wars with our allies, no matter the cost to American families.
-	Laying off thousands of federal employees in the name of “efficiency.”
-	Pushing forward a funding bill that cuts health care, housing, and $23 billion in veterans' benefits.

This is how Republicans are using their majority — slashing critical services people rely on in order to siphon more money to their wealthy donors.

Every day, their plot to rip off the American people has been exposed and reiterated. And every day, my fellow Democrats and I are pushing back using every resource we have.

House Democrats reintroduced legislation to revitalize the Voting Rights Act of 1965, strengthening legal protections against discriminatory voting policies, and stood strong in voting NO on the House GOP’s harmful funding bill.
