Nursing homes across New York have suffered over 6,000 deaths since March 25th
as a direct result of Gov. Cuomo’s deadly executive order for them to take in
recovering COVID-19 patients.


Sadly, many of these deaths occurred within our own communities in the 22nd
District. What has Anthony Brindisi had to say about Cuomo’s willing sacrifice
of our elderly population?

I’m not at all surprised that Brindisi – in typical Brindisi fashion – has
remained silent on this issue as thousands of our elderly New Yorkers and their
families have lost lives and loved ones.


However, I refuse to sit on the sidelines and watch as our communities endure
these trying times without a shred of leadership coming from Albany or
Washington. 


Let’s hold Brindisi accountable for his silence in light of these deaths and
send a clear message that NY-22 deserves better from our elected officials. Add
