I know weathering the storm of the last few weeks has been emotionally and spiritually exhausting for so many queer folks, especially trans youth, adults, and the people who love and support us. In times like these, community means everything – and the Healing & Resilience team at CSE has been working on ways to help our people foster community and support each other through this moment. Now, we have some exciting upcoming events and programs to share, and I hope you'll join us to find a little holistic love and support right now.

Tonight (Wednesday, February 12th) at 7PM, we're hosting a virtual Wellness Workshop to support families of trans youth, trans adults, and anyone who loves us that's struggling following recent attacks on our rights and equality. Click here to RSVP.

Can't join us tonight but still want healing and grounding techniques for this era? Don't stress – I'm also launching The Trans Cookout: A Virtual Drop-in Space and Listening Series in the next few weeks. The Trans Cookout will be a monthly listening series to gather with other wellness professionals and trans leaders, share essential strategies for taking care of ourselves right now, and a listening space where you – yes you! – can ask us questions. Every session will be recorded, so even if you can't join and participate in real-time, you'll be able to get these important tips whenever it's convenient for you.
