Apply For Disaster CalFresh Assistance
 Households that lived and/or worked in areas impacted by the Los Angeles County wildfires and currently do not receive CalFresh food assistance benefits may be eligible for Disaster CalFresh assistance.
Applications are open from Monday, February 10, to Friday, February 14, 2025, and Tuesday, February 18, to Wednesday, February 19, 2025. For information, click here.

Can the Trash! Clean Beach Poster Contest
The LA County Department of Beaches & Harbors is accepting submissions for its annual CAN THE TRASH! Clean Beach Poster Contest. This contest is open to students in grades 3 – 5 who live in LA County. Contest winners will have their artwork displayed around trash barrels on the beach. The deadline is February 15, 2025.

Volunteer For The 2025 Greater Los Angeles Homeless Count
 Your support is needed for the 2025 Greater Los Angeles Homeless Count! Every year, thousands of volunteers join this meaningful effort to survey our communities and gather critical data to help better serve residents experiencing unsheltered homelessness.
