At Sister District, we know that winning elections means building a long-term pipeline of progressive talent that will power our movement for years to come.

That’s why we’re thrilled to share that we’re gearing up to hire 21 paid fellows this year — 18 Organizing Fellows and 3 National Phonebank Fellows — to support our work in key legislative races in Virginia. Our fellows will be on the front line, supporting our volunteer teams and candidates.

Each fellow will receive a stipend of $3,900 to ensure they have the financial support to grow their skills and leadership without barriers. Our team thoughtfully designs a program with high-quality training, mentorship, and hands-on experiences to ensure that fellows graduate from the program prepared to lead future campaigns.
