After Donald Trump's first term, his hand-picked Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade. That opened the floodgates for Republicans to pass harsh restrictions on reproductive healthcare.

As Commonwealth’s Attorney, I promised to never prosecute a woman for seeking an abortion. That’s a promise I will keep as Attorney General, and it’s why I’m proud to have the endorsement of EMILY’s List, an organization committed to supporting Democratic pro-choice women running for office.

My election in November will be one of the first in the country since Trump took office for his second term. With so much on the line, we need a leader we can trust to take on the big fights and win.
