Dear Neighbors,
As we settle into a fully functioning legislative session, I want to take a moment to recognize something important — our loved ones. With Valentine's Day this week, it's a great reminder to slow down and appreciate the people who support us, encourage us, and make life meaningful.
For me, that includes my wife of 39 years, Mary, who has stood by my side through all of life's adventures. And I couldn't be prouder of my daughter, Olivia, who has been working hard in the advertising world — her efforts even made it to the Super Bowl this year — twice!
I encourage all of you to take a moment this week to tell those closest to you how much they mean to you. You never know what tomorrow brings, so cherish today.
