U.S. District Judge John D. Bates [ [link removed] ], who temporarily reversed the Trump administration’s moves to remove scientific data from CDC and FDA websites.
American Oversight [ [link removed] ], a watchdog group that has sued Elon Musk under the Freedom of Information Act, contending that the so-called Department of Government Efficiency is not susceptible to FOIA requests.
YOU! [ [link removed] ] Americans have flooded phone lines at the U.S. Capitol, putting pressure on lawmakers to find out more about what Musk is up to, and creating tension between him and our elected representatives. Keep it up! It matters.
