Our efforts to secure the
confirmation of former Hawaii Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard as Director
of National Security have succeeded, and another foe of the criminal
elements in the so-called “intelligence community” Robert Kennedy, Jr
has also now been confirmed. Kash Patel has passed through the
committee and will be voted on soon. President Trump spoke with
President Putin for one and a half hours yesterday, so perhaps an end
to the bloody proxy Ukraine-Russia war is in sight, and the dialogue
has begun which can help to put the world on a saner
trajectory.
The situation in Southwest Asia is
still very tenuous, with Israel violating the terms of the ceasefire
repeatedly, and President Trump’s provocative plan for the U.S. to
“own” Gaza, which has been rejected by nearly every nation on the
planet. President Trump has resumed the shipments of 2000 lb bombs to
Israel, not to mention the MOAB (10 kt Mother of All Bombs) and
threatened “hell will break loose” if “all” the hostages are not
released on Saturday. That’s been walked back a bit, but clearly a
comprehensive peace plan is urgently needed.
To that end the International Peace
Coalition zoom meeting tomorrow, Friday,
February 14th at 11:00 am EST will feature Her Excellency Naledi
Pandor, the former Foreign Minister of South Africa,
who argued the case against Israel for
committing genocide at the International Court of Justice. Helga
Zepp-LaRouche is the convener of this conference, and members of the
Eisenhower Media Group will also participate. Be sure to tune in
