Texas Values was featured in a recent KVUE story about the Texas Office of the Attorney General investigating Texas school employees who tried to bypass state law regarding boys competing in girls' sports. The office of the Texas Attorney General demanded documents from multiple school districts, including Hutto ISD, claiming a district employee tried to circumvent the Save Girls Sports Law, HB 23. That law, passed in 2021, requires public school students to compete in sports based on the sex on their birth certificate that was issued at or near the time of birth.
"We want to make sure there's no incident where a girl finds her victory taken away from her because of confusion about what the state law is." Mary Elizabeth Castle, Director of Government Relations for Texas Values. Watch the KVUE news clip here. |

The Christian Post explains "What Eithan Haim's victory teaches us" and how Texas Values played a part in his victory! |
The recent dismissal of the Department of Justice case against Dr. Eithan Haim for his alleged crime of exposing a major hospital's deception revealed a striking irony. Instead of being recognized for his bravery, Dr. Haim was met with multiple felony charges that could have resulted in a decade-long prison sentence and a $250,000 fine while those responsible for these procedures faced no legal consequences!
The timing and nature of the charges against Dr. Haim suggested that his prosecution was politically motivated. The Department of Justice (DOJ) under the Biden administration aggressively pursued his case, even though his disclosures directly aligned with the newly enacted Texas law.

Special Guest State Representative Steve Toth discusses his role on newly formed Legislative Committees and the important bills filed! |
"I’m really excited about the legislation that we are going to advance this session. The level of disgust by the right, the center, and the center left, against what the Democrats are doing on this (gender modification)…now’s the time with that energy that we’ve got to step in and save these kids.
I just can’t express my gratitude for Texas Values and everyone that supports Texas Values. You guys have no idea what a blessing this ministry, this organization is, helping us advance the ball and push back the darkness in the state capitol." ~ Rep. Steve Toth |

As we approach our 13th year of Texas Values, we reflect on the many ways we stood in the gap for Texans like you, and the many wins in court cases and in common sense laws that protect our Christian values.
The Texas Values team travels around the state helping churches, groups, and individual Texans get educated on their rights in law and policy. Our goal is to educate, motivate, and activate! We hope you enjoy our Christian worldview, seen throughout our victories in 2024, so that together, we will help keep Texas “one state, under God!”
Please join us in planning and preparing for the next 10-15 years of Texas Values, and in the fight to protect our values in Texas! |
