From today until Sunday we are running a weekend of action calling for the release of the gentoo penguins currently held captive in Sea Life London Aquarium. 

Will you join us?

We will be asking everyone to do one thing for penguins. Locked up in a basement aquarium with no fresh air, no daylight, and fake snow, these penguins need our help!

One year on from the start of this campaign, we have launched a new pledge page on our website. Pledge not to visit a Merlin Entertainments attraction until they stop exploiting animals!

Merlin Entertainments owns multiple UK attractions. Please make a pledge and share with others so everyone knows which companies to boycott! A full list of venues can be found here: www.freedomforanimals.org.uk/boycott-merlin

Plus watch out for our posts on Facebook, Instagram and Bluesky. We will be adding daily actions for you to take part in. 

This campaign is not only calling for the freedom of these penguins but is helping to raise awareness of the suffering and cruelty ALL animals face in aquariums.
