Near the end of February, the liberal 9th Circuit Court of Appeals handed down a disgraceful ruling that guts Arizona’s voter integrity laws. They are saying that proof of citizenship is NOT required to vote in federal elections. That means non-citizens - people who have no legal right to participate in our democracy - could have a say in your future, in your country, in your elections. This is a direct assault on election integrity, and I won’t stand for it. Since taking office, I have fought relentlessly to secure our elections and protect Arizona from federal overreach. I have sponsored and supported bills that would require proof of citizenship to vote, ensure only legal ballots are counted, and put a stop to left-wing attempts to dilute the votes of hard-working Arizonans like you. Now, unelected judges are trying to dismantle our efforts and open the floodgates to fraud. And let’s be clear: this attack on election integrity goes hand in hand with the open borders crisis. The radical left wants a weak border so they can flood our country with illegal immigrants - and then they fight tooth and nail to make sure those same people can vote. It’s no coincidence. It’s a strategy to keep themselves in power at your expense. I refuse to let this happen. But I can’t do it alone. I need your support to keep fighting against this insanity. The radical left is well-funded, and they are using every trick in the book to undermine our laws and silence conservatives like you and me. Will you stand with me today?
