*LCB Board Action: Sales of Cannabis Waste Rules Finalized*

 

On March 12, 2025, during its regularly scheduled meeting, the Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) took the following cannabis-related action:

 

*Final Rules Adopted – Effective April 13, 2025:*

The Board adopted final rules (CR 103) to amend WAC 314-55-097 to implement Substitute Senate Bill 5376 (chapter 243, Laws of 2024) [ [link removed] ] which allows cannabis producer and processor licensees to sell cannabis plant waste material to persons who are not cannabis licensees under certain conditions.
