*DES Wants Your Feedback!*
The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (DES) is reaching out to small, diverse, and veteran-owned businesses that downloaded a solicitation from Washington Electronic Business Solution (WEBS), but did not submit a proposal. We’d love to know why. Understanding the reason helps us identify and address any barriers to bidding on state contracts.
If you’ve recently downloaded a solicitation but didn’t submit a bid, please take a moment to complete our survey—three questions—and share your thoughts. Your input is valuable in improving access and opportunities for businesses like yours.
By working together, we can make it easier for small, diverse, and veteran-owned businesses to succeed in state contracting. We encourage you to learn more about working with the state [ [link removed] ].
Thank you!

*Annual Reports May Be Filed Up to 180 Days Early*
*Have you looked to see when your expiration date is?*
*Is your Annual Report due?*
To ensure your business’s smooth operation, filing your annual report promptly is crucial. By doing so, you can avoid delinquency fees and prevent the loss of your business. Our office allows you to file your report 180 days before the due date.
We encourage customers to use a calendar reminder every year to get their report in well before their expiration date to mitigate any risk of delinquency or loss of status/business.
Filing early does not affect your expiration date for the next year, your business’s expiration date will always remain as the last day of the month that it was originated. Most Annual Reports update the business’s record immediately.
