John, with the official start of spring and daylight savings just around the corner, I hope you’re starting to enjoy brighter days and slightly warmer weather.
Although it’s not all about chocolate, the start of spring does mean that Easter isn’t far away and you might be noticing that seasonal chocolate seems to be on almost every shelf in the supermarket. If you live with diabetes, or support someone that does you might be wondering what this means for you. Can you still enjoy chocolate? Should you be buying ‘diabetic chocolate’? Can you treat a hypo with chocolate? We answer all these questions, and more on our Chocolate and Diabetes webpage so you’ll have all the information you need to enjoy a happy and healthy Easter. |
