That’s why the DLGA is making a major push to raise $5,000 so we can reach voters across the Commonwealth and elect a Democratic Governor and Lt. Governor who will stand up to Donald Trump’s administration of corruption and destruction.

Virginia’s current Republican Governor, Glenn Youngkin, is more concerned with appeasing Donald Trump than he is representing his constituents. When DOGE fired thousands of Virginia's federal workers, he applauded the move and suggested those laid off should “find a new job.”

The DLGA represents the most diverse slate of statewide elected officials in the country. Democratic Lt. Governors are the next generation of leaders to fight back against Donald Trump, Elon Musk, and stand up for the rights of every Virginian.
