Despite winning the fight for my home, I am not yet living as a free man. There is still an OUTSTANDING INDICTMENT against me in Arizona.

The bogus criminal charges are “forgery, fraud, and conspiracy.”

If I’m wrongly convicted on all counts, I could spend 20 YEARS in prison.

Friend, I’m 80 years old. The Democrat Attorney General wants me locked up until I am 100 years old!

This is abuse.

This is the same Attorney General who is already SUING President Trump and holding his popular agenda hostage in court!

The Left is resorting to the only tactic it knows: a ruthless weaponization of the legal system.

But I want you to look at the second MUGSHOT they took of me when I was booked in Arizona. Do I look scared of the Deep State to you?

Hearings have already begun in my Arizona criminal case – and the judge has shown a willingness to hear our First Amendment defense.
