With the courts ruling, the National Institutes of Health (NOH) have resumed issuing grants. Just hours after the decision, I was informed that Children's Hospital Los Angeles will receive a $200,000+ Research for Mothers and Children Grant — an investment that had been illegally frozen.

This is just the start.

There are more than 55 lawsuits before the courts stopping a whole range of Trump’s dangerous actions and these unlawful federal freezes. Our democracy only works when we fight for it.

When we fight, we win. And I won’t stop fighting.
