Pretty soon, it was clear that these politicians would do everything possible to make billionaires happy for the rest of their days.

Now, the richest men on earth cheer on Republicans at inaugurations, change algorithms to promote their propaganda, and make sure their openly fascist friends always feel welcome. They’ve made it clear as day: the Republican Party and billionaires will choose each other, every single time.

But we think you deserve a government that loves you, John. A government that protects you, that listens to you, that makes sure that your needs are met, and that you can be proud of.

That’s the kind of government that we at the Working Families Party are trying to build, every day, at every level. One that will make sure you get the flowers, chocolate, increased wages, and affordable healthcare that you deserve.

So we have something to ask you, but we’re just a little bit nervous.
