There’s nothing I like better than getting out into the district and meeting my constituents. It is an opportunity to share updates on my work in Congress and hear about the issues impacting you and your families.

That’s why each year, I host my annual “Congress in Your Community” tour through every county in Alabama’s 7th District. Last month, we were thrilled to kick off our annual tour in Jefferson County!

As I travel throughout our district, I hear many of the same concerns. Right now, too many Alabama families are struggling with the high costs of rent and groceries — and our federal government needs to step up and take action.
