A funny thing happened when we called out OMB Director Vought's naughty social accounts...

Okay so today's Valentine's Day, we're all supposed to be in love and everything, I get it.

But John, I really think some people need to draw the line on public displays of affection. For instance, maybe the recently-confirmed Office of Management and Budget Director shouldn't use his official Instagram account to follow p🩷rn accounts.

Now let me clear, John: sex work is work, and unlike what the Supreme Court thinks, privacy is a Constitutional right.

But the Director of OMB is Russell Vought...one of the architects of Project 2025.

Project 2025 calls for banning contraceptives, birth control, and pornography. And in many Republican states, it's already becoming the law.

And after I tweeted it out, something funny happened:

He deleted his account.

John, this far-right takeover of our government is dangerous. But it's also funny, because they don't even believe in what they're doing. All that matters to them is the cruelty. I don't know why it took Path to Progress a quick search to reveal this news before any other source, but we did it. It's just another example of how we're connecting with Gen Z on what matters to them, because let's face it, we don't see eye-to-eye with the 78-year old groper-in-chief on reproductive rights.

John, I hope you're having a lovely Valentine's Day, no matter who you're spending it with, and unlike Russell Vought, I hope you're proud of your sexuality. If you support our work, I'm asking for as little as $5 to keep Path to Progress going and holding these creeps accountable.

Or multiply your impact with a monthly recurring donation!

Thank you,

Sam Weinberg
