21 Republicans want to keep clean energy tax credits. We stand with
them—will you?

Hi John,

Congress just began the budget reconciliation process and to pay for the
Administration's priorities, they're looking to cut spending. That means
clean energy tax credits—the most significant piece of the Inflation
Reduction Act—are on the chopping block.

Key discussions are happening right now. Will you help us protect clean
energy tax credits by making a monthly donation?

Just this week, 21 Republicans in Congress publicly stood up for clean
energy tax credits because they will lower energy bills and bring jobs
and investment to their districts. Our job? Making sure they have the
support they need to hold the line. And we're on it.

CCLers met with 95% of the returning clean energy champions in the last
three months . And just last Tuesday, right-of-center CCLers were back
on the Hill to send a clear message: the people back home support them.

Keeping these tax credits in place means less climate pollution, lower
electric bills and local economic growth. And, it could all come down to
these key members of Congress. Your support can help make or break key
decisions in the next few months that will have lasting impacts on the
climate. Will you sign up to make a monthly donation?

Right now, your monthly donation has 5X the power : When you sign up to
give monthly in March , angel donors will match it $4-to-$1 for the next
three months! This is a huge opportunity for our climate advocacy work,
and at a time when it matters most.

Together, we can keep these critical tax credits in place and protect
our future.

With gratitude,
