Hi John — did you hear what Elon Musk just said?
In an interview on national television, he said that entitlements like Social Security and Medicaid were the “big” programs that DOGE would need to cut or even “eliminate” next [!!]
We are launching a massive mobilization campaign in key swing districts to protect Medicaid and defeat ANY Republican who supports Donald Trump and Elon Musk’s plan to take away these lifesaving programs. Will you pitch in to help fund our phonebanks and grassroots organizing? [[link removed]]
[link removed] [[link removed]]Elon Musk went even further in his interview, bizarrely and falsely claiming that Social Security was the “the biggest Ponzi scheme of all time” and that Democrats only supported the program to use it as a “gigantic magnet to attract illegal immigrants” .
Programs like Social Security and Medicaid are incredible, effective initiatives that have kept millions of Americans out of poverty.
That’s why we aren’t just sitting around and agonizing about what Elon Musk said. We are organizing .
We have partnered with organized labor and are looking to launch massive grassroots campaigns in key U.S. House districts. We want to send the message loud and clear: Any Republican who supports Elon Musk and Donald Trump’s plans to rollback Medicaid and entitlements *WILL* be defeated and we *WILL* take back control of the U.S. House.
Will you pitch in a donation right now to help fund our grassroots organizing? We are hoping to raise another $7,500 by midnight to add another phonebank! [[link removed]]
