Now, Vice President JD Vance seems to misunderstand the separation of
powers clearly outlined in the Constitution.

how to conduct a military operation, that would be illegal. If a judge
tried to command the attorney general in how to use her discretion as a
prosecutor, that's also illegal. Judges aren't allowed to control the
executive's legitimate power.

But Rob is making his message to the administration clear: Judges play an
important role in checking the executive branch, and he will keep bringing
the administration to court when they break the law.

Rob will hold Trump, Vance, and their billionaire cronies accountable to
protect the people of California and communities across the country – but
