If that image alone didn’t send a message, on his first day in office, Trump signed a record number of executive orders that put billionaires first and leave hardworking Americans behind. 

Just days later, he issued a blatantly unconstitutional freeze on all federal funding that severely impacted critical services like Medicaid, Head Start, and Meals on Wheels. While his plan to abruptly freeze federal aid was blocked, the intention is clear:
