• $249 million bolstering “disadvantaged female farmers” in Ukraine that produce grain and oil seeds
• $268 million on 6,200 journalists across 707 media outlets and 279 “media” NGOs, including 9 out of 10 media outlets in Ukraine
• $8 million to study the effect of flavored cigarettes on bisexuals and lesbians
