California High-Speed Rail Project!
A project that has cost $13.7 billion with still NO significant progress.
And while we’re glad that’s being investigated, John, the sad thing is –
that's not the only project California Democrats have mismanaged.

California's homelessness has INCREASED by over 30%.
This is RIDICULOUS!
