John,
Women's History Month is a time to celebrate and honor the incredible women whose courage, strength, and leadership shape our world every day.
I grew up witnessing the power of trailblazing women. My mom was one of the first female TV news anchors in the 1970s. Although women weren’t welcomed in the newsroom then, my mom helped break the glass ceiling and paved the way for countless others.

As a husband and a father to a wonderful daughter, Adeline, I’m aware of the profound impact that strong, empowered women can have on our families, communities, and society as a whole. That’s why I am committed to ensuring she grows up in a world where women's voices are respected, valued, and empowered.

For that to happen, we have to ensure that women have the freedom to make their own decisions about their futures. Protecting the rights of women to make their own choices isn't just personal — it's essential for a fairer, stronger society.
I encourage each of you to take time this month to reflect on the achievements of the incredible women in your lives, express gratitude, and consider how we can continue working together to build a more just and equal society for all.

This month, I hope you'll join me in recognizing the inspiring women in your life. Let's honor their achievements and recommit ourselves to building a future defined by equality, opportunity, and justice.
All the best,
Wiley
