Now, they’re even threatening funding cuts to veterans’ benefits and critical programs like Social Security and Medicare. The American people are fed up. Now, even voters in deep-red districts here in Texas are making their voices heard:
Republicans promised to lower prices, grow the economy, and make the government more efficient when they were campaigning for our votes. But now that they’re in power, instead their tariffs have led prices to skyrocket, we’re headed for a recession, and critical government programs are being recklessly slashed. That’s not what the American people voted for — and it’s time that we let these Republican politicians know exactly how we’re feeling.
