Hi all,
Our Phoenix DSA chapter is continuing to grow, organize and do big things!
We've been rallying for immigrant rights at the Arizona State Capitol, learning how to support ongoing ICE watch efforts, distributing mutual aid in our communities, showing up at Senate offices to demand more action to block Musk and Trump, educating ourselves about history and today's political moment, and organizing for policy change in Tempe to protect tenants and prevent evictions. And that's just the past couple weeks. Whew!
It's us vs the billionaires -- that much has never been clearer. And this is the moment for us, as ordinary people, to build community, take care of one another, and fight back.
Join us for our chapter meeting this Saturday (3/15) at 1 pm at the Escalante Multi-Generational Center in Tempe (also hybrid via Zoom) to learn all about our ongoing work and how you can get involved. RSVP and get all the details here!
Can't make it? Check out our upcoming events on our calendar and find something that works for your schedule!
See you soon!
In solidarity,
Phoenix DSA
PS: Wanting to get more involved in the chapter, but can't make it to an upcoming event? Want to know more about how we work, our priorities and how we make decisions? Sign up for a 1:1 meeting with a Phoenix DSA steering committee and we'll get you plugged in!
