NEW PODCAST EPISODE AVAILABLE!🎙️💙 March is Trisomy Awareness Month, a time to recognize and honor the babies diagnosed with a trisomy condition and the families who carry their love forward.
𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙏𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙮? Trisomy occurs when a baby has an extra chromosome in some or all of their cells. While some trisomy conditions are survivable, others—such as Trisomy 13 and Trisomy 18—are often labeled as "𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚." These words, spoken to so many of our NFTS families, carry a weight that is impossible to put into words.
