In the past week, multiple federal judges have acted to block the Trump administration’s ability to freeze support for critical programs people across the country rely on.

As The New York Times recently reported, in 21 of the now 100 lawsuits against this administration filed at the time of their reporting, judges had granted temporary restraining orders or preliminary injunctions to block Trump’s right-wing agenda and executive overreach.

So far, many courts are working as they should, but we can’t let our guard down, John. Ethical and fair judges are stopping Trump’s lawlessness, and as a result, he and his cronies like Elon Musk have leveled absurd threats of impeachment at any judge who rules against them.
