Since our last email to you was in cue regarding the impact of President Trump's Executive Order, the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) has released new statements. The MSHSL's response to the President's Executive Order is ongoing. Here are the most recent updates.

MSHSL stated: "the Minnesota State High School League was notified by the United States Department of Education's Office of Civil Rights of the initiation of an investigation of the League's compliance with the recent Executive Order. The League and its legal counsel are reviewing the recent communication and intend to fully cooperate with the investigation."

MSHSL also stated: "the MSHSL is seeking guidance to better understand how to proceed in the future."
