Optimizing your Email List
Keep your email list engaged by regularly cleaning out inactive contacts! For better deliverability, focus on supporters who’ve opened emails in the last 30–90 days. If you’ve used Targeted Email for at least three months, easily find your active contacts in the Targeted Email Summary under Create A List.

In Case you Missed It
Send My List to saved report templates
You can now send contacts in My List to your saved report templates. This means committees with saved report templates can quickly find specific data about the contacts in their lists and export that data for further analysis.

Can I assign specific contacts to staff, and if so, can I do it in bulk?
Yes, you can use the Assigned Staff field to keep track of the point person for your contacts. The field can be found in the Contact Management section of a contact record, or in the Vital Stats a Contact Preferences section. It is also possible to Bulk Apply Assigned Staff from My List or from a Bulk Upload. You can learn more about the Assigned Staff field [here].
